Affiliate and Merchant Relationships

Merchant terms, affiliate network rules, payout timing, attribution, and validation requirements are controlled by the applicable merchant, partner program, or affiliate network.

No Consumer Payment Processing

Foch Media LLC does not collect consumer card payments through this website, operate an online store checkout, hold customer funds, provide wallets, transmit money, issue stored value, or provide banking, lending, investment, or financial services. Customer checkout, fulfillment, shipping, refunds, and product support are handled by the merchant or commerce platform connected with the promoted offer.

Responsible Advertising

We may decline or stop work involving misleading claims, unauthorized brand use, deceptive landing pages, prohibited advertising categories, unlawful activity, or content that does not meet applicable merchant, affiliate network, or advertising platform policies.

Restricted Categories

Foch Media LLC does not intend to promote adult content, gambling, cannabis, cryptocurrency, loans, investment products, money services, counterfeit goods, illegal products, or other regulated offers outside the company's approved e-commerce advertising scope.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each party retains ownership of its pre-existing trademarks, creative assets, data, materials, and business information. Merchant brand assets and product information should only be used according to applicable merchant or affiliate program permissions.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Foch Media LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or general business communications.
